Even though the 金 partial of 銅 is missing a horizontal stroke,
銅 = copper, brass
鑼 = gong
彎 (simplified version 弯) = bend, curve
道 = path, road, street; method, way
Although there is a street called 銅鑼灣道 (Causeway Bay Way) in Hong Kong, perhaps this t-shirt just misprinted the 灣?
灣 = a bay, cove, inlet, bend of stream

弯 is miswritten. The correct character is 湾，which means "bay".
铜锣湾(Causeway Bay) seams is a bay in Hong Kong (not verified), and 铜锣湾道 maybe is a road near Causeway Bay.
Yes, "copper gong bay" is called "Causeway Bay" in English.
Maybe the shirt means "Causeway Bay Way".

Causeway Bay is one of many famous shopping districts in Hong Kong. A lot of department stores and shopping centres can be found over there. To go to Causeway Bay, take the MTR (the subway system in Hong Kong) and make your way to Causeway Bay station. :)
Angela, you may have to correct me if I am wrong. According to eentamap.com, there is a loop of streets in Causeway Bay (銅鑼灣) area, the part of this loop next to Victoria Park that forms a section of the major throughway (where the Tram and many bus routes are on) is called 高士威路 in Chinese and Causeway Rd in English, but the rest of the loop that passes by the Bus Terminus (巴士總站) is called 銅鑼灣道 in Chinese but Tunglo Wan Rd in English. Therefore, the T-shirt art might have taken after the latter road, but not only is the Chinese done poorly (the third character is not even a simplified 彎, look carefully), but also the English on top is incomplete. Definitely a typo for Causeway Bay Rd. Causeway Bay is on the northeastern side of Hong Kong Island - well, on the north side and to the east of Central et. al.

Gin, I've checked with my Hong Kong map and you are indeed correct! There is a Causeway Road in Causeway Bay but it is called 高士威路 in Chinese. Then, there is a 銅鑼灣道 nearby but it is called Tung La Wan Road in English. I'd never noticed that before!
