The top character appears to be a miswritten 進, which is missing a horizontal stroke in the right side partial. When written correctly, the charact would mean "advance, make progress, enter".
The middle character was suppose to be 龙, which is a simplified version of 龍, and it means "dragon". Too bad it is also incorrectly written, it is missing a dot on the right upper corner.
The bottom character 祥 is correct and it means "good luck, good omen; happiness".

On the plus side, at least the characters are good and spiky. Chicks totally dig that, I'm told.

I don't know about anyone else, but I would love to see what kind of idiotic crap satanicmantic is going to tattoo on himself. He deserves a lesson, otherwise the little punk will still think he is so "cool".

if you'd bothered to read what the person wrote, you would kno that he or she just wanted to submit a picture of a tattoo, not ask what something meant so that they could get it tattooed on themselves.
I have to agree with Andy. If you read the comments on this post and the previous one, it seems that people are just getting downright mean on this blog. When did it convert over from being a friendly place to one where we mock people's names and thoughts and ideas with outright disdain? It's very disappointing. Hopefully this is just an anomaly.
