"Derek"

is the Chinese phonetic translation of "Derek" and its variants "Dereck" or "Derrick". Too bad the middle character is upside down.

Lots of Chinese characters are displaced upside down for purposes (of wordplay) that it brings whatever is upside down. But in this case...that ain't it.
