This young man wanted "death wish" (or "death" and "desire") to be tattooed on the insides of his wrists. 死 (death) is missing one dot, and 欲 (desire) has been completely butchered.

And 'death' looks like it's leaning a bit to one side. Couldn't the tattoo artist even tattoo straight?
That's so poor calligraphy it makes me cry.. ..almost.
How much cooler it would have been to have that written in English...
After finding out what a messed-up job of tattooing he has on his arms, his only "wish" is probably to have quick "death".
Hey, the character on the right is acctually "俗", means common & snobbish.
