By a strange coincidence, the tattooed phrase 畏牯鼠 means "beware of the bull rat".
We should all thank this young man for doing a public service announcement with his flesh.

anyone want to tell this guy that his tattoo reads "tomato"?
Now by "bull rat" I assume he is refering to his junk.
I guess getting a tattoo from someone who starts every word with a capital letter isn't a good idea.
or it can mean "the rat that is afraid of bull". Go figure.
