"If he comes..."

Yesterday, "Wolf" from Germany emailed me a photo of one of his friend's leg tattoo. At first, I was confused about the photo and thought he has send me a mirrored version. However, in another email he assured me the photo is exactly what the tattoo shows.

I soon realized that although the first "character" is either gibberish or a partial, the other three characters 來他若 are mirrored.

The three mirrored characters are "come(s)", "he/him", and "if/maybe". Interesting tattoo with a splash (no pun intended) of sexual innuendo. I am curious what her other leg's tattoo, if there is any, would say...
