I would assume there are more characters tattooed below her bikini bottom, otherwise the exposed portion of 戎友 means "armed friend", or in this case: "ass-guard".
It sounds like a punchline for some anti-anal-sex joke.

Maybe supposed to be 找友? Then the next character is.... something? 禾レ smashed together? Maybe she's looking for friends? Potentially for buttsex? With tree branches, followed by a レー (Lay)?
first glance, i thought the word was 戒 which means to give up or quit (eg 戒煙 = quit smoking)
maybe she's going to quit having friends? ;)
Generally 戎 means weapon, military, soldier, chariot,etc.

Boy, that third character sure looks like 私 (with a really heavy 2nd stroke and no final stroke) to me.
This does not improve the translation at all. IMHO.
maybe they meant asgard? as in home of the norse gods? >.>
In the henna world, this kind of body decoration (a design placed just above the cleft of the butt, typically on a girl) is called an "ass-hat". I wonder if that's what the tattooist was going for?
